摘要
The present study was initiated to investigate the expression of interleukin-1 receptor (IL-1R) mRNA in rat spinal dorsal horn after peripheral inflammation using in situ hybridization technique. Male Sprague-Dawley rats (220-250g) were perfused at 1, 3, 8 or 24 h after unilateral intraplantar injection of carrageenan (2mg/100ul). In situ hybridization for IL-1R mRNA expression was performed on L4-L5 spinal levels in all rats. The
