中国城镇职工的性别工资差异与职业分割的经验分析

摘要：

文章利用1999年中国居民收入调查数据,对职业与男女工资差异之间的关系进行了经验分析。分析结果表明,20世纪90年代后期中国城市存在较为严重的性别职业的分割。文章揭示了职业内性别歧视性因素是职业所导致的男女工资差异的最主要原因。
