摘要：
China has cut import tariffs on more than 3000 items since Jan. 1,2002 according to Ministry of Finance. The average import tariff level will drop to 11 percent in the new year from the present 12%. The tariff cut suggests that China strictly abides by its commitments to the World Trade Organization (WTO).
