动态能力视角下共享经济的商业生态模式演化研究——设客网研发设计众包案例

摘要：
本研究运用动态能力理论,以建筑设计领域众包平台设客网为例,分析设计众包平台将内容消费者转变成内容创造者的过程中商业生态模式演化背后的逻辑动因。研究通过构建"SEDB"模型,发现企业商业生态模式经历了杠铃型、共生型的演化过程;形成了外部驱动的顾客价值触发—信息共享—组织内互动和内部驱动的企业战略执行—价值赋能—组织间协同两条演化路径;不仅完善了动态能力与商业生态模式等相关理论体系,并对中国平台型企业利用商业生态模式获取竞争优势具有重要意义。
