我国专业学位博士教育面临的问题与改进策略——基于“全国专业学位博士教育质量调查”的结果

摘要：

"全国专业学位博士教育质量调查"结果显示:我国专业学位博士生的学科背景一致性较高,求学动机明晰,对职业发展的满意度评价较高;但专业学位博士教育也存在培养目标定位不清,导师制度流于形式,不注重实践能力培养,欠缺校外力量参与,培养方案依附性强,成果产出偏重论文发表,学生能力提升与发展需求不匹配,对博士专业学位认知不清等问题。为推进专业学位博士教育的发展,应从扩大教育规模、分类构建适切的培养模式、引导实践成果产出、完善相关监督体系、推进社会认同多个方面加以改进。
