摘要：
I. INTRODUCTION How to control and eliminate some vibration phenomena in nature and production engineering has been puzzling the scientific and technological circles. However, the physical phenomena should be evaluated comprehensively. It is a new academic thought using vibration as a favourable factor to improve the conventional current situation.
