On June 15,2001,the heads of state of China,Russia, Kazakhstan,Tajikistan,Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan issued the Declaration on the Establishment of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization in Shanghai,China and signed the Shanghai Convention on Combating Terrorism,Separatism and Extremism.
