摘要：

This paper point out that there are many problems exist in listening teaching and learning, such as, internal factors, short of lis-tening skills and neglect of basic training,According to these problems, teachers should find out different approaches to improve students’ listeningcomprehensionability. It includes training students pronunciation drills, reading and guessing vocabulary etc. At last, will achieve the purpose of improving students’ listening comprehension ability.
