Recent years have seen accelerated division of developing countries,which has greatly affected world balance of power, interest patterns,North-South relations and the respective country’s own future.Research on this subject will prove to be practically important for assessing the strategic trends in the world’s"great transformation and adjustment",defining China’s international identity and sharing China’s developing opportunities,meeting challenges and achieving peaceful development and win-win results with other countries.
