摘要
In Hegel’s philosophy, ethics is not only a universal recognition of nature, but also a substantial reality, presented as a realistic form of family, civil society and the state.Only in an ethical society can people as ideas get the most complete expression. In Oedipus, although the protagonist’s abilities and virtues are praiseworthy, once his ethics is lost, his personal value and personal realization will not be recognized by the society and only abandoned by it.Therefore, from an ethical point of view, although Oedipus’tragedy is driven by fate, the core of his fate reflects the inconsistency between Oedipus’personal realization and social ethics.
