稀土Gd对Ti-46.5Al-2.5V-1.0Cr合金组织的影响

摘要
通过光学金相和扫描电镜观察,分析了Ti-46.5Al-2.5V-1.0Cr(at.%)合金中添加微量稀土Gd对其铸态和变形组织的影响。结果表明,含Gd的TiAl合金其铸造组织晶粒更细小,变形宏观组织中均匀变形区较大,变形组织中动态再结晶的体积分数高,层片分解较完全。
