Rare-earth doped luminescent nanomaterials are attractive and have many potential applications in health,energy,information and safety area [1].Similar to most chemical processes,the process to synthesize luminescent nanomaterials is complicated and it needs a combination of a series of unit operations including mixing of the reactants,
