Some Suggestions on Teaching Grammar in Junior Middle School

Teaching grammar is one of the key links in English teaching.At present,not understanding morphology and syntax correctly causes some students to gradually lose self-confidence in learning English.Now the Communicative Teaching Approach is being used more and more widely.Naturally,to train students' ability of communicating and expressing themselves becomes the focal point of teaching.First of all,the author presents the present situation of grammar teaching in Junior Middle Schools.Then the author gives some suggestions on how to deal with these problems.The author's aims are to help teachers,through these methods,improve traditional grammar teaching modes,arouse students' interests in learning English grammar,and enhance their ability to use grammar rules.
