协作性公共管理:现状与前景

摘要：

协作性公共管理是西方公共行政研究中逐渐呈现出的理论内核。作为一种研究组织间关系管理理论,协作性公共管理的理论基础来源于资源依赖理论、政府间管理和网络理论。目前学者们对协作性公共管理的研究重心集中在协作的结构、过程、协作关系的领导以及参与者四个方面。协作性公共管理的未来发展需要解决协作中的权力影响、责任问题并认识到协作并非一定是有益的。
