信息技术生产率悖论评析

摘要：

自1987年索洛提出"信息技术生产率悖论"后,对其展开的研究与争论一直持续至今。从20世纪80年代末对该悖论存在性的争论和产生原因的解释,到90年代中期美国"新经济"出现对该悖论的质疑,再到21世纪初互联网泡沫破灭条件下对信息技术增长效应的重新审视,关于该悖论研究的范围不断拓展,研究的内容不断深化。2008年全球金融危机后,伴随着新一场产业革命的孕育、发生,信息技术对经济及产业的推动作用更加突出和普遍,关于信息技术提升生产率的机理分析、效应评估与实证考察成为该领域研究的主要内容和方向。
