After the notice of rising the export tariff rebate to 17% on integrated circuit, mobile telecommunication equipment, and computer was sent by the Ministry of Finance and State Taxation Administration, they announced recently that from January 1, 2005, China will not implement export tariff rebate or exemption on electrolytic aluminium, ferroalloy, etc. These have aroused much attention.
