摘要：

In order to remedy individual learner difference in English learning,a brief survey subjects’ needs was made before Metacognitive strategy training began.A Metacognitive strategy training is implemented outside the classroom.The method is that the teacher signs contracts with every student.Results from this training indicate that Metacognitive strategy training outside the classroom can improve different sides of different students more effectively in higher vocational English teaching.
