P2P网贷平台的定价策略研究——基于垄断条件下的建模分析

摘要
互联网金融的兴起带动P2P网贷平台迅猛发展,而定价策略是其成功的核心要素。本文在传统双边市场定价理论基础之上,首次建立垄断条件下P2P平台的定价模型,并就平台向投资人、借款人收费的多种定价方式组合展开讨论。建模分析结果表明:均衡状态下,平台对投资人的定价低于平台对借款人的定价;平台对投资人(借款人)的定价与投资人(借款人)的综合网络效应负相关,且相关理论结果可很好地解释现存P2P平台的不对称定价和补偿定价策略等实践。
