摘要
This thesis focuses on one of Michael Palmer’s most well-known poems Sun, published in 1988, to elaborate on how the poet integrates his meditation on the nature of language with his critique of modern poetry in the recent prevailing ideologies through presenting us an absurd language world in the poem, and have a glimpse on the poet’s ambiguous relationship with"Language Poetry"in this poem.
