In 1985, Bollinger firstly introduced a repairable system model——a strict consecutive-k-out-of-n: F systems(abbreviated to Bollinger model) in terms ofa nonrepairable system "consecutive-k-out-of-n: F systems". However, some conditions in Bollinger modal were assumed too ideally to be used in engineering. For instance, some states (e.g. FGFFFFFFF, n=9, k=2) have already made the system dislocated, but by the assumptions in Bollinger
