The purposes of the research were to studythe cariostatic dffect and mechanism of stevio-side, which is a new kind of natural sweetingagent Eighty conventional wistar rats were di-vided into 4 groups completely at random, andfed with 16％ sucrose, 0.08％ stevioside, 16％ sucrose.
