Objective To study the expression of CD123 in bone marrow(BM)blasts of acute myeloid leukemia(AML)patients to explore the relationship between CD123expression and therapeutic response and prognosis.Methods This study retrospectively analyzed the expression and distribution of CD123 in BM blasts in 137 cases
