摘要：
This paper presents the clinical experiencein treating 303 surgically confirmed cases ofhypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage (HIH).The classificatory diagnosis and prognosis,indi-cations and contraindications and technique andtiming of surgery are discussed.Early CT scann-ing and early microsurgical operation are em-phasized.
