摘要:
The production of scissors in China can be traced back about 4000 years. In ancient times, Chinese people called scissors "cutters" or "reamers". The cutters unearthed from an ancient tomb of the Western Han Dynasty (206B.C. —— 8 A.D.) in Luoyang of Henan Province were made in the shape of the figure "8" with an opening at its top and without any pivot. They were bent into shape with an iron bar blade at both ends.
