How to Teach College English Writing

<正> Ⅰ. Introduction College English writing(CEW) is not only an important component of college English teaching but also one of the tested items specified in the College English Syllabus. English writing, whether in the Band 4 or Band 6 examination, constitutes 15 per cent of the total scores; however, it is the most difficult subject for both teach ers and students. Indeed, it is not an easy subject to teach well. Yet, this doesn' t mean that we cannot create a successful English writing program.
