sCD44在口腔扁平苔藓和口腔鳞状细胞癌患者唾液及外周血中的表达水平

摘要
目的:比较口腔扁平苔藓(OLP)(网纹型和糜烂型)和口腔鳞状细胞癌(OSCC)患者血清和唾液中的sCD44表达水平。方法:收集23例健康对照者、46例OLP患者(23例网纹型和23例糜烂型)及23例OSCC患者的血清和唾液进行研究。采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法检测血清和唾液中的sCD44,使用MATLAB软件进行统计分析。结果:健康对照组、OLP组(网纹型和糜烂型)和OSCC组的血清中sCD44的表达水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。唾液中sCD44表达水平由低到高依次是:健康对照组,网纹型OLP组,糜烂型OLP组,OSCC组,且其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:唾液中sCD44的表达水平,OSCC患者高于糜烂型OLP;糜烂型OLP高于网纹型OLP,其均高于健康人表达水平。血清中sCD44的表达水平,OLP和OSCC患者与健康人无差异。唾液中sCD44有望在口腔黏膜癌前病变的相关诊断中具有一定价值。
