摘要：

Teachers have to show solicitude for the mood of students and stimulate their interest of learning.Therefore,application of " New Educational Concept" and "Optimizing Teaching Structure" is badly needed.This thesis aims to arouse the English teaching staff’s regard of New Educational Concept,so as to improve their teaching level through expatiation of how to apply New Curriculum Standards into English teaching.
