The synthesis of vinyl,aryl and allyl phosphonates,phosphinates and phosphine oxidesby the reaction of compounds of the type HP(O)RR(R,R=alkyl,aryl or alkoxy group)with alkenyl bromides,aryl bromides and 1,3-dienc under palladium catalysis have recentlybeen reported,but the yield of the latter was only about 10%.Fiaud has reported that allylacetate could react with lithium diphenyl phosphide,but the allyl phosphine was obtained withvery low yield.We have found that allylic acetates could react with O,O-dialkyl phosphon-ares under Ni(cod)catalysis in the presence of N,O-bis(trimethylsilyl)acetamide(BSA)to give
