<正>TMEFF2基因又名TPEF,Tomoregulin(TR),TENB2和HPP1,是由Uchida等[1]、Liang等[2]、Young等[3]研究者所在的三家实验室于1999~2001年先后克隆发现。TMEFF2基因选择性的高表达于成人中枢神经系统、前列腺组织、中后期的胚胎组织及胃、结肠等部位[4~9]。研究显示[1,3],通过对TMEFF2蛋白的氨基酸序列分析发现,
