摘要：

In this paper we show that there exist r.e. degrees α, αand αsuch that a<α, α<o’, α∨α=o’, α∧α=α and α is a strongly noncappable （s.n.c.） degree. Its immediate corollary is that there is a nonlow s.n.c, degree, which is unsolved in AmbosSpies.
