摘要：

Evil基因在小鼠逆转录病毒诱发的急性髓系白血病(AML)中,是病毒常见的插入位点,在AML发病中起重要作用。MDS基因位于Evil上游,通过选择性剪接,可形成MDS1-Evil基因。本文就Evi-1和MDS1基因的研究近况作一综述。
