摘要
It is very fashionable to see intellectuals participating in the media (especially on television) in the early 21st century of China.As intellectuals are becoming an important element in the media,the followings are considered more practical issues concerning the media development and social progress as well as the intellectuals’ self-identification,such as how to keep human beings refrained from the downfall of the TV "tyranny" ,whether a win-win situation can be achieved by the development of the media’s public functions and the promotion of intellectuals’ publicity.
