摘要
SEMA3A作为神经轴突发育的一个关键信号蛋白, 参与多种生理过程。SEMA3A是一种分泌性蛋白, 属于3号信号素(class-3 semaphorins)家族, 通过结合NRP1、NRP2和PLXN A复合物受体参与轴突排斥、树突分支、突触形成和神经元迁移过程。SEMA3A是神经元迁移信号的主要组成部分;SEMA3A在免疫反应的所有阶段被认为是一种有效的免疫调节剂;SEMA3A通过对成骨细胞和破骨细胞的作用来调节骨重塑, 通过抑制骨吸收和增加骨形成发挥了骨保护作用;SEMA3A通过NRP1和Plexin D1在心血管发育中起着重要作用。
