<正> In this report, comparison and analysis weremade between the congenital heart diseases in142 cases of adult patients and 272 cases of pedi-atric patients admitted to this hospital fromMarch, 1982 to February, 1987. According to thiscomparative study, simple left to right shuntsare more common in the pediatric group thanthose in the adults group(P<0. 005), and simplevalvular stenosis is more common in the adultgroup (P<0.025) .
