摘要：

整合企业治理、演化和竞争相关理论要素,建构企业战略分析的协同演化整合范式,形成"认知-决策-治理-竞合"协同演化的战略分析层次结构,阐述整合范式的系统结构、演化机制及其在企业战略分析和管理中的应用思路。
