摘要
Along with the social economic development, power supply and demand keeps on increasing. In order to meet the demand, power industry develops very fast. Though the energy efficiency of the power industry itself improves continuously, it still belongs to an energy-intensive and high-emission industry. Energy saving and emission reduction in power industry is more important than in other industries for the country to realize her total control targets.
