摘要：
The largest foreign invested power project in Gansu Province, the Meiya Gas-fired Cogeneration Plant will start to construct within the site of Lanzhou No.2 Cogeneration Plant by the end of this year. It is planned to install 600 MW capacity with an investment of 2.79673 billion yuan, of which, foreign investment amounts to US$177.32 million.
