Clinical Study on Acupuncture in Treating Diarrhea-predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome

摘要：
目的:观察腹泻型肠易激综合征(irritable bowel syndrome,IBS)患者结肠粘膜5-HT 变化及隔药灸治疗的临床疗效,初步探讨其作用机理。方法:临床收集腹泻型 IBS 患者73例,随机分为隔药灸组(37例)和针刺组(36例)进行治疗,观察临床疗效,并观察隔药灸治疗对典型患者结肠粘膜5-HT 表达的影响。结果:隔药灸组痊愈率为43.2%,针刺组痊愈率为36.1%,两组间无统计学差异(P>0.05);隔药灸治疗能够改善患者结肠粘膜5-HT 异常增高的表达。结论:隔药灸能够改善腹泻型 IBS 临床症状,可能是通过调节5-HT 表达发挥治疗作用。
