摘要
在高等教育国际化中,课程的国际化是核心。大学课程国际化意味着将国际因素整合到课程及其实施中,教师的参与是大学课程国际化的重要条件。教师对国际化的态度、理念,教师的国际化知识、经验、方法,直接影响课程国际化政策和计划的制定及其实施。学校应通过制定政策、调整规划、增加认可、提供机会、促进体验等基本策略,引导和激励教师积极参加校内外的课程国际化活动。
