With the strategicdevelopment of regionaltourism cooperation in theYangtze River Delta region,acceleratingthe creation oftourism standards becomesparamount.Which organizationcould best develop tourismstandards and the principles oftourism standards are discussedin this paper.Thelong-term and short-term plansfor the creation of regionaltourism standards in theYangtze River Delta region arealso presented.
