1,25(OH)2D3对HL-60细胞的抑制增殖和诱导分化作用

本文报道1,25(OH)2D3对人早幼粒细胞白血病细胞系HL-60的抑制增殖和诱导分化作用。在10-9~10-6mol/L浓度范围内,活细胞计数及克隆形成率显示:1,25(OH)2D3对HL-60细胞的抑制增殖作用具有时间和剂量依赖性,10-7mol/L 1,25(OH)2D3的克隆形成抑制率为74.82±11.1%。从细胞形态、细胞化学、细胞表面抗原表达以及NBT还原试验等几方面,表明1,25(OH)2D3可诱导HL-60细胞向单核细胞部分分化。结合流式细胞分析结果,讨论了细胞增殖与分化的关系。
