摘要
Objective To analyze the clinicopathologic features of proliferative sclerosing Ig A nephropathy and the efficacy of prednisone therapy.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted,enrolling 50 patients with biopsyproven primary proliferative sclerosing Ig A nephropathy who were admitted in the hospital from January 2005 to June 2015-26 males and 24 females,mean age(36.8±
