摘要：

Global environmental governance was initiated at the 1972 UN Conference on the Environment.The 2012 UN Conference on Sustainable Development or Rio+20,the 2014 First UN Environment Assembly and the 2015Climate Conference in Paris marked the transition of global environmental governance.China has always attached great importance to and actively participated in global environmental governance.
