2006 EU-China Partenariat is to be held in Chengdu city, Sichuan Province in November. It is the second one in China after 2002 EU-China Partenariat in Beijing. "It is featured as a flagship activity." H.E. Mr. Serge Abou gives his comments in his answers to the questions of China’s Foreign Trade. From the answers, you can learn that Mr. Serge Abou is very confident in the prospect of Partenariat in China. According to relevant statistics, small and medium enterprises(SMEs) take 99% of the business in Europe. Mr, Serge Abou believes that the Europartenariat offers EU and Chinese SME’s a unique opportunity to establish contacts in a setting, conducive to business and to explore what future, long-term activities could be developed to their joint benefit.The follows are his answers in detail.
