摘要：

富含半胱氨酸蛋白61(Cyr61)是一种分泌型基质蛋白,广泛参与调控细胞多种功能。近来的研究显示,Cyr61在肿瘤的发生、发展中扮演重要的角色,现认为其可能是一新的潜在促肿瘤形成因子,发挥着类似"癌基因"的作用。本文就近年来Cyr61与肿瘤发生发展关系的研究进展及在肿瘤诊断及治疗中的应用前景进行简要的归纳。
