The Effect of Chiwujia on the Healing of Bone Fracture:A Pilot Study

摘要：
Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of Chiwujia on the healing of bone fracture.Method Experimental animals were randomly divided into study group and control group.Fracture of left foreradio was made in both groups.Chiwujia was injected i.v. in the study group,8ml/d.The animals in the control group received no drugs.Callus formation,bone cell count of bone lacuna,newborn peripheray capillary and bone trabecula formation were evaluated 1st,2nd,3rd,and 4th week after operation.Result Callus formation,the proliferation of bone cells,capillary and bone trabecula were detected in the study group.Conclusion Chiwujia could promote the healing of bone fracture.
