摘要：
In this paper we consider the serial queueing system with two service mechanisms. But there is only a singly server in each mechanism. The first counter is loseing system, the second is finite waiting system, i.e. there are k-1 waiting places. We also discuss several operational characteristics of this system and give the example of the model of the system when k=3.
