复合盐碱媒介法合成NiSe2与Ni0.85Se纳米材料及其结构转化机理

摘要
利用熔融复合盐碱媒介法(SACM)合成了2种不同结构的硒化镍纳米材料,即NiSe2八面体和Ni0.85Se纳米片。探讨了反应时间和水添加量对产物形貌的影响。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、X射线能谱(EDS)和场发射扫描电镜(FESEM)等对材料进行表征,据此提出硒化镍的形成机理及其结构转变的微观机制。通过紫外光谱分析,估算NiSe2与Ni0.85Se 2种硒化镍的能带带隙,分别约为1.47 eV和1.75 eV,带隙宽度对应的光波波长位于可见光范畴。NiSe2与Ni0.85Se均为典型半导体材料。
