摘要：
In 1969, Lazar, Morris and Wulbert gave a necessary condition of OCC（X） whose metric projection Phas s continuous selection. In this paper, we show that the necessary condition mentioned above is also sufficient for the existence of continuous selections for P. As abonus, we prove that Phas a continuous selection if and only if Pis almost lower semicontinuity.
