摘要：

In recent years, the study of English for special purpose(ESP) has been focused by different scholars. In the research of ESP, the study of accounting English has aroused interests of different researchers. This paper will study accounting English from the perspective of translation theory—Function Plus Loyalty Theory. The research presents that the rules can be applied to accounting English.
